Barry Padolsky Associates Inc., Architects(BPA) were engaged by Morguard Investments Inc. to coordinate the heritage aspects of the Grant House restoration work and to ensure that the character defining features on the exterior and interior of the Grant House were respected and restored.  Robertson Martin Architects were the architects responsible for the tenant fit-up work for Beckta Dining & Wine Bar – a new single restaurant tenant for the entire building.

In 2011, BPA was also engaged by Morguard Investments Ltd. to prepare a Cultural Heritage Impact Statement report of the Performance Court development project.
